The Snow Integration Manager 5.8 is one of the Snow products included in the Snow for Cloud launch.

New Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) integration connector
In this release of Snow Integration Manager, a new group connector has been added for SaaS. The SaaS integration connector provides integration with a range of SaaS products, extracting information about subscriptions, users and usage information. Once the information has been transferred into Snow License Manager it provides new views providing visibility into areas such as the users that have been assigned a subscription and if they have used their account, total monthly subscription cost, and an overview of the account activity as a percentage of the total number of subscriptions.
The SaaS products supported in SIM 5.8 are:
- Cisco WebEx
- Google G Suite
- Salesforce SalesCloud
- Updated connectors for Snow for ServiceNow 3.1, introducing support for ServiceNow Jakarta and Kingston releases. Snow for ServiceNow 3.1 is not backwards compatible.
When the BIOS release date is not found, the connector returns 01-01-1980 to prevent errors related to empty fields in Snow License Manager.
Domain names are checked for in two different columns, eliminating empty domain name issues after upgrading DellKACE.
All installed software is now collected, regardless of DellKACE's built-in recognition (PRB0041164)

- Snow for ServiceNow 3.1 requires SLM 8.2.7 or higher.
