Recognizing leadership, innovation and best practice of Snow’s SAM community
Stockholm, Sweden – November 1, 2017 – Snow Software, the global leader in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Cloud Spend Management solutions, today announced the launch of its Snow Advocacy Program, ‘Snow Heroes’. Snow Heroes encourages SAM practitioners and enthusiasts to build their reputation as experts, engage directly with the Snow team and network with other like-minded professionals.
Community members can earn points for participating in discussions, sharing knowledge and best practice. They earn points for contributing content, such as blogs, to the community as well as for offline activities such as participating in a case study or as a speaker at an event. As they progress through the different tiers of engagement, from Snow Hero to Snow Pro and Snow Guru, community members will earn access to Snow’s Beta Program and have the right to participate in Snow Interest Groups as well as become eligible for exclusive offers to events.
A final tier, Snow Legend, is by invitation only. A number of Snow’s customers will be given Snow Legend status based on various measures of their contribution and excellence. For example, they may have won an industry award; been consistently active on Snow Globe forums; or contributed to industry social networks and blogs. Snow Legends are ambassadors for Snow and are uniquely invited to contribute to product development and strategy.
