Marking Answers as Correct or Helpful

Thank you for making Snow Globe a trusted destination for knowledge and best practices around Snow products and SAM in general. The goal of this community is to help members find solutions quickly and effortlessly. One of the ways we do this is with the "mark as correct" and "mark as helpful" options.. 

 

Mark as Correct

This is an option for any member that creates a question in the community. Once you post your question and receive replies, you will notice there is an option next to each answer that looks like this:

 

 

If you find that an answer has solved your problem, you can mark it as correct. This will highlight the answer for other users and bring it to the top of this discussion for other members. 

 

 

You can also view all of the answered product questions by going into the desired product space. For example, here is the Snow License Manager section:

 

 

Mark as Helpful

 

This option is mainly for members that may have the same question but didn't post the original discussion. You will find this at the bottom of all replies. By choosing this option you are letting the poster know that their response was helpful to you. While this option is also available to original topic owner, we encourage them to use "Mark as Correct" if the response solved their problem.
