On rare occasions the Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC) interface will not open. Once the icon is clicked on nothing happens.
Looking at the SMACC log (Located at %APPDATA%\SnowSoftware\Logs\SnowMACC.log) we see the error message:
2017-08-29 15:42:36 DEBUG SnowSoftware.Program:Main - SnowMACC starting..
2017-08-29 15:42:36 ERROR SnowSoftware.Program:Main - System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'LicenseManager.Plugin, Version=8.0.6407.21626, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
This is caused by corrupt SMACC files and can be fixed following the steps below. If you do not have a workign copy of the SMACC to access please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for current SMACC fil
