As December is now upon us, we wanted to celebrate and revisit all of this year's Snow Heroes and round-up the monthly calendar of Snow advocates. We'll take a look at what they are doing now and what they have achieved during the course of the year.

The year started with mark.potts at Sky as January's Hero.

Mark has since joined Snow as a Pre-Sales Consultant in the UK, helping customers to visualize the benefits of Snow in a real life situation based on his experience as a Snow customer, and he remains an active member of the Snow Globe community.

February saw Mark.Walther enter the Hero hall of fame.

Mark is responsible for Global Lifecycle Management at Xylem, Inc and is based in Melbourne. Congratulations to Mark who recently received his CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) certification from IAITAM.

In March, we welcomed alan.witt, the former Software Asset Manager at Carnival.

Alan has since moved on from Carnival to join the team at the ITAM Review as ITAM Industry Analyst in the UK.

Contributing content for the ITAM Review as AJ Witt, Alan is taking the lead on all technology and service provider reviews and contributing SAM tool best practice content and analysis of industry trends.

April's Snow Hero was Gert-JanKosterman

In August we celebrated Huib, ICT Compliance Officer, Mammoet

SnowCat also known as Gemma Taylor, has two loves; cats and Snow!

A member of the SAM team at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, Gemma is an active Snow community member. She has built her SAM knowledge at a 'glacial' pace and continues to attend Snow events to give feedback and interact with fellow customers and Snow experts. Gemma is attending the BCS Software Asset Management training this month to boost her SAM knowledge.
