Hello Community

I am trying to update existing computers inside Snow License Manager via Import tool, but I am getting error:

Import failed and no data was imported

When I check logs I found this:

14:49:11,235 ERROR APPLICATION SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.Import.WholeImportFailedException: Import failed and no data was imported ---> System.InvalidOperationException: Updated fewer rows into 'tblComputer' and 'tblComputerInfo' than expected
at SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.Import.ComputerMetadataImport.ImportImpl(Mappings mappings, ExtendedDataTable data)

at SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.Web.Core.InMemoryWebTask.<>c__DisplayClass15_0.<Run>b__0(Object x)

Currently I am not sure if this is caused by amount of computers which I am trying to update or there is some issue inside import service.

Had anyone same issue?
