I have recently taken charge of the Snow License Manager which has been in place for almost 2 years, but had nothing done to it in regards to licenses, agreements etc. until recently.
There are in excess of 15,000 users in our SLM, and there is a large proportion of these that have not logged in for over a month.
Is there a need to archive/delete users? Is the user data for people that haven't logged in for over 6/12 months relevant?
