Why are only "X" number of computers displaying in Snow License Manager?
This could be because of license limitations. When the limit of your license key is reached, you will not be able to inventory new computers. To resolve this, you must either purchase a new license key that will allow for inventory of more units, or delete existing units in Snow License Manager (after which a run of the Data Update Job is required).
Hi Dennis!I've just noticed today that we seem to be over!! I've added up the computers and mobile devices and it adds to exactly the license amount. But then there are 770 over which im not 100% certain where the figure has come from. We do have servers in there but i'd have thought they were on the 'list all computers' page. Unless those 770 are ones that are floating around but unable to be pulled through?I don't suppose you could describe the impact of this please? Should it reduce any of the functionality in Snow? We are having a number of issues that we are struggling to get to the bottom of!
