I tried to open the Snow Management and Configuration Center on the Inventory server and see the "Unknown error: Access to the path c:\programdata\snowsoftware\inventory\adminconsole\snowadminconsole.log is denied
The problem is, that your Windows user account have not the permission to write data to SMACC log file location.
You or someone with the admin rights, can modify the security permissions for the “C:\programdata\SnowSoftware” folder. I recommend to add “Modify” rights for the Windows “users” group and inherit the permissions to all subfolders.
After that you and all other users should open the SMACC without any issues.
Does it help to start the SMACC as administrator? (Right click on the icon, select "Run as Administrator") .
