Not all software products appear in ServiceNow Catalog using Snow for ServiceNow Connector

We have implemented the Snow for ServiceNow Connector, after running the Catalog connector we do see some software products have been created in the software catalog in our ServiceNow instance, however it does not appear to be a full list.


How is the product list filtered, and what critera are used when deciding to create an entry in ServiceNow and can these criteria be amended by us?
