Has anyone ever gotten an error in SLM that says "Input string was not in a correct format"? I am seeing this error when trying to "Save" a new license record.
glad that you have been able to add the license without issue. This could be due to the yesterday released DIS/SUS maintenance that it is now working. The error message you reported in combination with the error message seems to be an invalid parameter which couldn't be set during the license creation.
Please let us know if the issue occurs again!

Do you have any hint in the SLM logs situated under
C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Web\Logs\?
Can you describe the license you are trying to add or does that happen with all licenses you are adding?
The error occurred when I was trying to create a new license for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Standard Core (SKU: 7NQ-00302). This is not an issue with all licenses as I had just added two license records for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Enterprise Core (SKU: 7JQ-00341) and those saved without displaying any error.
Interestingly enough, I attempted to add the license record today for Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Standard Core (SKU: 7NQ-00302) and it saved without issue. So this seemed to be an isolated incident.
I took a look in our SLM error logs from yesterday and I see the following:
Application error. [PAGE: /actions/sessionstatus?_=1552892896964 | EXCEPTION: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (System.Web.Mvc.ActionResult SessionStatus(), SnowLicenseManagerWeb)]
Thanks Geoffrey. I will mark this as "answered" since I am not seeing the error today. Appreciate your insight.
