We are facing an issue with majority of our data in SNOW. What could be the possible reason behind that and how can we troubleshoot that.
The foremost thing is Majority of our applications are not reflecting the proper data in SNOW.
We have facing this issue that our Adobe Acrobat DC Products are not reflecting in SNOW and instead they are greyed out at the backhand. Even if we are trying to enable that it doesn’t allow us to do so.

Can you post a picture of the grayed out applications? I am not sure what view you are referring to.
One reason applications might be grayed out is that you have activated whitelisting. In that case, any application that is not whitelisted will be greyed out, like this: (microsoft is whitelisted in this example, all other is gray.)
Also, when you say that the majority of the applications are not reflected in Snow, can you give us some more details on that please? What is your main data source? Do you use the Snow Inventory Agent, or do you pull data from a third party tool like SCCM for example?
