With the change to where Upgrade Rights are located in SLM8 I'd like to clarify the logic involved. Consider the following case:
Perpetual licenses recorded in SLM
Licenses had upgrade rights enabled on the Maintenance & Support tab from 2010 - 2015
Auto Upgrade enabled.
Since 2015 there have been further releases
Will Auto-upgrade only upgrade the licenses to whatever version was current in 2015 or will it assume (because upgrade rights are enabled) that the licenses can be upgraded to the current version?
