Report of monitors: how we can manage it? Is it possible, that SNOW can see monitors?
Snow Inventory Agent gathers information regarding monitors. This information can be seen in every computer's 'hardware' page.
If you would like to see all monitors of all computers in one report, you would need to create this report by yourself. The SQL query would look like this:
SELECT c.HostName, m.name, m.MaxResolutionFROM [SnowLicenseManager].[dbo].[tblComputerMonitor] mleft join tblComputer c on c.ComputerID = m.ComputerId
You can of course add more columns by looking at the SQL tables 'tblcomputer' and 'tblcomputermonitor' that I have used for the short query above. Beginner SQL knowledge should be sufficient for that.
As you have your query completed please use this guide to transform your query into a custom report in Snow License Manager.
If you have any questions please let us know.
Thank you for the helpful answer, which I appreciate a lot ..now we can go on.. I'll come back to the community, if we have further questions..
