What is Service account, do we require a Service account on SNOW to access O365

our Knowledge Base is a very good place where to start some self-training as it contains plenty of documents regarding Snow Software applications. Also our Academy area may help very much as we offer trainings on every topic related to Snow and SAM best practices.
These areas are accessible for all our customers.
As I'm not able to find your company account into our system, could you please send me a private message here in SnowGlobe (go in the notifications area, on the top right of the page, clicking on the "bell" button, choose "send a message") and tell me which is your account manager here in Snow, so I can contact him/her and discuss about the access to the mentioned resources?
This will help me to sort out easily if there's something missing on your account.
