I have already done all the steps provided in the above link.
Also I have configured SMTP settings in SMACC.
But still unable to get email notifications.
I would suggest then to contact our Support service, to investigate further in the cause of the issue.

But I'm unable to find my case on link provided on mail https://snowprod.service-now.com/support?id=kb_search
I've now linked your account to your company one.
In a few time (just waiting for systems to Sync) you should be able to see the case.
