Mac Java JRE not identified?

SIS doesn't appear to be recognising the latest commercially licensed Java JRE when installed on Apple hardware.

Does anyone know if this is intentional?

Is anyone else experiencing an incomplete inventory of Mac editions of JRE?

Unlike earlier versions, this edition isn't visible when viewing the SLM record of applications installed on Macs.

In light of the recent changes to the licensing of Java, I'm keen to gain an accurate view of our estate.

As a test, Java 8 u211 JRE has been downloaded and installed from here:

https://www.java.com/en/download/mac_download.jsp

or the Java 8 u212 JDK, here:

https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

It's my understanding that these releases require a commercial license and yet neither have been discovered by the inventory server. Evidence of the temporarily installed versions are shown in the attached images.

(SLM-client report has been submitted and processed. SLM client for Mac version 5.1.0. Server: SIS 6, SLM 8)
