Hyper-V connector Invalid Namespace error

I am getting an "Invalid Namespace" error when trying to connect the Snow inventory server to a second domain, using the Microsoft Hyper-V connector. I can ping the server and I can login to it from the inventory server. However, the connector could not.

The Snow inventory server is in Azure but the Hyper-V server is on premise.

1. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

2. What ports and other information does Snow need to connect to Hyper-V?invalid namespace
