When trying to access the Snowagent.log file for Unix it seems to be missing from the folder. All I see are the SIOS.rotation files, am I doing something wrong?
Good day Tarek,
please check page n.7 of the User Guide (Link: Unix agent v.6 Guide ) where all the default locations of files are indicated.

eventually the log level within the snowagent.config is not written correctly (you have the option to choose from info, verbose, warn, etc.). If the loglevel is misconfigured, it might not be created.
If the server is reporting successfully, you can check its logs through the Snow Inventory console (connection in SMACC) to check the machine and the latest reported log.
Hope this helps!
