It has the Snow profile under device management, and was enrolled using the DEP configuration. Then just stopped talking and I can't get them to start again so I can push a new package to them.
If you go into the to the Snow settings on the device, does the Push setting state it is a Yes or a No? Have you also had a log at the log after you try and connect to the SDM server to see what error that has thrown up?
Thank you for your email,
There are a few things that can actually cause this, with Apple devices the first thing to check is that your Apple push certificate is still in date. If this has expired there will be no devices able to talk to the SDM system.
The second could be that the server can no longer talk to the APNS system over port 2195 which would also cause the issue of the comms error.
With the devices you mention I assume they are mobile, have you tried them on both data and wifi connections to check to see the issue.
The last thing it could be is also certificate related, but if that is the case it would probably need a support ticket logged.
If you are unable to check any of the above I would advise logging a support call for one of our team to look at.
