SNOW Agent - Permission / Admin rights needed?

Hi,

i have an issue with SNOW Agent 5.1.1 installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 machines (i.e. configured as Terminal Server).

The agent won't run properly (data collection and sending data) on it's own (service is running however).

When I start the agent manually (via CMD) the behavior is the same, unless I choose to run the CMD shell as administrator. Then everything works fine. The same is true, if the agent is configured to run under a service account with administrative privileges (which is an option I don't prefer).

Anyone experienced this issue too?
Any hints on how to solve this? Likely, there is either an issue regarding the UAC configuration or the rights assigned to the local system account, I guess.

Support ticket has been opened, however any help from the community is appreciated as well.

Thanks,
best regards,
Stefan
