Computers that is reporting non-use for more than 45 days in the SLM, but the user has been using the computer and software daily; what is the best way to troubleshoot this or fix it?

SLM is set to report PC's that have not been used for 45 days and place them in quarantine.  We have PC's that are being used daily and have been seen by SLM before but still reporting non-use.  Currently, we are showing over 300 units and we need a way to troubleshoot and try to fix these errors. slmquarantine
