We have long standing problems relating to our Snow System identifying and remembering version of Adobe Creative Cloud. Basically Snow has a habit of sporadically "un-bundling" installations of Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams down to the component products, and increasing our licence count accordingly. This makes our organisation appear in reports to be less compliant than we actually are.
Additionally we have a problem where an installation of Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams is being misidentified as of Adobe Creative Cloud for Individuals. We have never installed Creative Cloud for Individuals within our office, so we are quite frustrated.
The reports we then publish to our senior leadership panel are inaccurate and quite useless.
Have a number of users experienced this on version 7? How have you overcome this?
