Your question could have two different meanings.
If you question is "how do I get help if I have problems with Snow", then the answer is to use the Snow Support Portal, you should be able to register an account and the login to the support portal at this link. https://snowprod.service-now.com/support/
If your question is "Snow has generated an alert because we have a licence about to expire and I want to log a ticket in our own helpdesk" then the best answer is. You can configure notifications in Snow that can create an email, so you could send the alert via email to your helpdesk tool, or to your helpdesk staff so they can manually create a ticket.

Hi Fernando, Snow can work with most HelpDesk / ITSM platforms on the market, either through custom connectors (e.g. Snow of ServiceNow) or generic exports. We have Snow customers that use a wide range of Help Desk solutions, from ServiceNow to Cherwell, TopDesk to BMC Remedy.
I am sure your Snow rep or partner would be very happy to work with you to show you what's possible in terms of integrations.
