ADD Objects

 Has anyone had to move license information from the Objects tab to the license tab?  What is the best method to complete?  We currently have approx. 700 line items added to the Object tab, but of course it is not counting the total # of licenses we have against the # of licenses being used.  I know SNOW provides a template but has anyone written a SQL report to pull the information from snow to the template that SNOW uses to add to the application list.  The template provided from snow requires -- Official Product name, Official manufacturer, official version, License required, web address (URL) and operating system.  I am just wondering if there is anyone else that had to tackle this within their organization.  Thanks
