Customers see that already fixed problems return in upper release. This is confusing.
The root-cause is that the fix was implemented in the lower release but not in the acutal.
How does the real hotfix implementation process of SNOW look like?
How is decided NOT to implement fixes in acutal releases?
I would appreciate to have more clear information in KB documents in a "fix chapture" like
- fixed in SLM 7 with 7.3.6
- fixed in SLM 8 with 8.1.5
- unfixed in higher releases OR
- generally solved in further releases
Can I get a statement from SNOW to this please?
