I'd like to know more about the SRS application update process, to be specific I'd like to know does Snow throttle the number of SRS updates or can we get some advance warning when there are large scale updates ?.

I've noticed over the past few months that there seem to consistently high numbers of applications being changed.
We are using SLM 8.3.10 which means that these large scale rule changes seem to have a detrimental affect on our DUJ times , because the steps that re-calculate software rules for groups and bundles take much longer than normal.

I've attached a graph which I think shows there have been significant SRS updates at various times this year.
I think there have been about 9000 updates almost every day for the past 3 weeks.

In the application table "tblapplication" we have over 617,000 rows.
I obtained a list of how many SRS entries had been changed by using this script
Use SnowLicenseManager
Select cast(srsupdatedate as date) 'SRSUpdated' , count(*) 'Count' from tblapplication
group by cast(srsupdatedate as date) order by cast(srsupdatedate as date) desc

Is anybody else seeing this issue?
