Dear All ,
We are observing in our environment that ,snow agent services are getting stopped automatically on laptops and desktops. (Agent version 6.1)
We checked in the logs , it was nothing there.
Due to this lots of laptops & desktops are coming in the Quarantine report .
Also sometimes even though services are in running state , automatic scanning is not happening . we need to manually run SCAN & SEND .
Anybody else facing the same issue ?
