I am new for Snow hence want to know Basic of Snow. Please guide from starting.
You have basically 2 ways of learning about Snow:
The training is excellent and the trainers are very knowledgeable. I went to a couple of those and they have a setup for you with a computer and a Snow instance linked to a sample database. Perfect for hands-on learning.
The documentation is fairly complete and there is no secret: If you want to learn, you have to read. Everything is available on the Snow Support website.
The Snow Community will be here to help when there is a need for clarification or to help you choose between different options.
welcome to Snow!

I have attended the Snow Licence Manager User (SLMU 2- day course) Copenhagen and it did not live up to my expectations.
Not only were there no handouts/manual to support the excercises we made. There were no demonstrations (tips and tricks) on generating reports of any kind which was a huge disappointment to me.
Sad to read that you did not get what you expected
I had that course too a few years ago and it was quite good I would say.
But be sure that a 2-day course will not reveal more than your own experience.
And the community is here to help when you need, the forum is full of good advice from everyone
I've been using Snow for 4 years now but I can say I am still learning!
sorry to hear you didn't like the training. As Samuel stated, being Snow very wide, a 2-day course can be very useful but maybe not covering all the daily aspects. Don't hesitate to ask your questions in the community or, if you want to share a specific comment about our services and solutions, feel free to contact me, so I can direct your inquiry to the most suitable team/person in Snow.
I have shared your feedback with our training team, as we value much each contribution.
Also please be informed that one of our CSM will contact you directly to discuss further the situation.
