it is possible for the SRS to run for more than 6 hours ?
I'm asking because I manually started the synchronization of the SRS service database because I'm missing a SKU that was already recorded 5 weeks ago. So it seems that something is not working properly and I can't understand where the problem is. I definitely have a connection to the Snow Update Service.
Right now the SRS says they're on "Sent Software Batch 268", and according to the log file "the software data successfully sent".
