Win Server license mobility

That is a question for real SLM experts:

Does SLM take into account the movement of Windows Server VMs between hosts of a small cluster licensed with Windows Server Standard?

Ideally, a small cluster of 2 or 3 hosts with a dozen of VMs is easily licensed with Win Svr Std licenses.

Since Win Server Std licenses do not include license mobility, a license assigned to a physical host must stay assigned for a minimum of 90 days after the license was assigned to the host (in other words, the license requirement should remain on the host for at least 90 days after the VM has arrived on its host, even if th eVM moves to another host before the end of the 90 days)
