Today when I tried to browse the SLM portal for login and it showed the following error page rather than SLM login page.

This was the error message syntax in the browser:

In the log file from “C:\Program Files\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Web\Logs\Error” it was showing following error message:

After some troubleshooting/investigation it was found a service “Snow Software Nats Service” was stopped.

Solution:

Start the “Snow Software Nats Service” and SLM web will be available again.

If still it don't work please contact Snow Software Support.
