In my logs I see this error all over the place. To me this looks like snow has an error in their programming logic. Somewhere within the code this service is looking for a variable with type INT.  This is what is likely happening  a new field is added to the database and doesn’t populate default values for every record. Randomly records get queried, and the code didn’t account for that new field being null. KA-BOOM: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I believe that somewhere along the lines the golden rule of programming might have been missed "If it can be null, it will be null”. Could someone at Snow create an internal ticket to your development team to take a look at?

ERROR SnowSoftware.ExternalDataProvider.SingleProviderSchedule [(null)] [(null)] - Unable to get Interval from registry as int

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
