Hi,
I have imported an MLS with all agreements and just 1 license (as a test) and now I am unable to list all agreements.
Additionally, the import has duplicated a Microsoft Visio Online Plan 2 license line - not because that was the one license I uploaded.
It has physically duplicated as you can see by the license id - there was only one instance and now there are 4.
Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas as to what has gone on?

So unfortunately, I didn't get a response to my support ticket however, I did manage to resolve the issue!
When I imported the MLS agreements (I always import the agreements in an MLS first AND THEN the licenses after), there were some agreements already in SLM with the same agreement number and name. Instead of the MLS import wizard highlighting this for me (as you are not allowed to have agreements in SLM with the same name and/or agreement number) it allowed the import. As a result of duplicate agreement numbers and names, SLM would not allow me to any agreements.
In addition to this problem, MS licenses that were already in SLM pre import, were duplicated. I discovered that these duplicated due to the same agreement being imported.
To fix the problem, I went to 'All agreements' within the reports section (this did load without an error), clicked into the agreements that had been duplicated due to the import, and removed them.
The duplication of licenses is now fixed and I can now access the 'List all agreements' within the report Agreements tab.
