SNOW INV Server not receiving SNOWPACK Files

New problem of the week. Something changed over the weekend on our SNOW Inventory Server. It is not accepting SNOWpack files. In other words, nothing showing up in the processing folder.

Manually aggregating a connector the INV files show up and process, but no SNOWPACK files are coming in.

All services are running, even rebooted the server, did an IISreset, Windows Firewall not on, still nothing.

The SNOW Inventory splash screen doesn't come up either. It is like the web Server is not running, but the service is.

This is the error from a client.
