Hi,
We have couple of server show "incomplete data" in Oracle License Assignment.
In SLM document explain that
- "Has inventoried deployed Oracle products, but license requirements cannot be
precisely calculated"
- "Snow License Manager cannot precisely calculate the license requirement, since the appropriate rule set is not yet available, so licenses cannot be assigned"
We have couple of server which installed with Oracle DB showing this status:
- Red Hat in VMware with soft partitioning
- AIX in Hard Partitioning
- Solaris Zones in Hard Partitioning
We are still in SLM 9.3.1. Would like to ask what reason causing this?

Incomplete Data can be due to different reasons. As the root cause is quite difficult to analyze without knowing the environment, technical support might be helpful to check if the technical perspective is correct. However, if we do have a licensing question here, we might need to involve a licensing specialist from professional services.
