We are seeing an issue concerning SLM application reporting where an increasing number of products come up with zero installs or usage. An example is Autodesk’s AutoCAD software. No installs are reported and the search returns empty for any version of AutoCAD currently installed on users’ machines. This was first observed on the 27th of November. The last successful report and search of AutoCAD was completed on the 15th of November.
After reporting this through our Snow partner, it was confirmed similar incidents have been reported about SRS around the same time for diferent products.
When should we expect this issue to be fixed? It would seem this should be resolved as a priority.
