This morning I went to create licenses for the new "Ivanti, Inc" applications that have recently appreared in my full application list. Previously they were under the "LanDesk" banner and as we've recently upgraded our LanDesk Mgmt Console the new apps have appeared.
The problem I have is that when I go to add licenses for these Ivanti products such as "Inventory Scanner" I can't seem to find the Application under the "Add License" section.
I'm assuming it's something to do with my SRS possibly not updating recently.....although as I'm not a back-end admin I'm struggling to answer the question before I log a support call.
