The download to C:\temp\ works fine,
if I use a connected network drive (K:\) the report will not be saved there.
I had a similar issue recently, make sure the system user for the snow license manager server has access to the K drive, alternatively change the user that runs the report export service and add that service account into an access group
Option 1 with checking the system user is a better option though.
Good post Laim - this is exactly what i encountered with another customer. In one case they created a system user who was able to access the network drive because the policy did block any network share access.
