I have been provided access to SMACC, when I fill the connection details and login with my SNOW access getting access denied error. Kindly let me know what would be the possible error.
Hi Rajesh, having the full error message could be helpful, but meanwhile you can check this and see if ti applies to your case: Snow License Manager: cannot log in to SMACC: "Access denied. Invalid license information."

I would actually check if you are accessing Snow License Manager or Inventory. Cause your login can be different to each system.
Otherwise I would check your access with the person who provided this access to you.
Also make sure, that you run SMACC as Administrator.
