SLM 9.4.1

After upgrading to Snow License Manager 9.4.1, the Data Update Job is taking 90 hours to execute, I requested support help, but after access, the support team found that there are non-Snow jobs, and one of them is the backup . Support has closed the ticket stating that they cannot support as there are non-Snow jobs in the bank.
My question is, nobody has backup job in the bank?
Does anybody have any other jobs on strikers or something?
I would like to know from other clients how this issue is handled.
