How many of you who manage SNOW also manage the CMDB (wherever it may reside)?
Currently I manage our SNOW estate as well as am the CMDB librarian which is in ServiceNow.
The reason I ask, is does it make sense that both are under same person or group? Or do we think that a CMDB in an ITSM tool should be managed by Service Management personnel/group?
Interested to hear how others are managing this or how they are organized.
