Having configured the O365 connector for a customer, the data reported on SLM is showing no active users for any of the subscription plans. We have computer and user AD discovery configured for this customer and it's being reported on SLM. However, the AD users are not being linked with the Microsoft O365 users being reported. Therefore, SLM is showing no active users for any of the subscription plans. Has anyone else had the same issue?
We are using the latest available versions of all software except the client agent (version 3.7)
