Something to think about if you are hosted.
I had a conversation with the company that hosts our Snow environment about the lack of information when it comes to Snow updates.
The company agreed that a quarterly Snow briefing was required. This will limit the need of customers having to reach out to find out when and if said hosted company is going to update to the latest versions, that Snow has come out with. Items to discuss is the timeline of updates, what kind of testing is being done, what are the benefits of said updates, etc....
