Was just wondering if others have had a similar problem that we are currently face, below is a screenshot from Snow Inventory for one of our devices.
As you can see the Manufacturer is correctly filled in but for some reason the model of the laptop hasn't been filled in and has "Please change product name".
I have reinstalled the Snow Agent on the device and that doesn't seem to have fixed the issue so was wondering if anyone else has come across a similar problem and whether they managed to overcome it.
In the past i have come across machines having N\A filled into the Model or Manufacturer and have found reinstalling the client fixes the issue but i've not seen this before.
Any help would be appreciated.
