Is anyone able to explain to me why Snow lists applications we have zero instances of under "inventoried applications"?
You probably have licenses attached to those particular applications listed with a count of 0.when you zoom in to such an application and check the license tab, you will be able to verify if there is a license added for this application or not.
Can you check and verify this?
That looks to be the case with most of the applications I've looked at but we have one Inventoried application, with no installations and no licenses attached.
Is there any usage available for this specific application? the metering period could be the reason why it's still being showed while the applications is already UN-installed.
Another thing would be to check if there was a license added for this application, but removed in a later stage.this would still show the application in the list?
You can also view the "Application Installation History" Report to check the added and removed date entriesfor this applications, this could provide additional information/insight.
Aha ok, thankyou – that’s probably it, I think a license has been installed in the past and then removed.
Thanks for your help.

Great!, You're Welcome
You will find this behavior in Snow License Manager if you edit an application for some reason i.e. to add RRP pricing to a product.
