We are using now since 2 year now is gone 1 month all active computer are not inventoried. Snow service on machines is running. I need help
it was hard to find the question here in the nowhere.
At first, please use your official support contact (support[at]snowsoftware.com, if you are unsure) for this kind of things. You are paying this wonderful people and they are just waiting for this kind of tasks the whole day.
What you can do before opening the Ticket:
- get all logs (Client, Snow Inventory, Snow License Manager, SQL Server)
- also check the SQL Server Logs , if there are errors during the Data Update Job
- check if you had infrastructural changes in your environment or disabled service accounts for the Snow Services.
Hope that gives you a quick start to get the issue solved.

Thanks for start, I found the solution the problem was on the Server:
13:16:19 : DEBUG: client HTTP(1): using Snow Inventory Data Receiver.13:16:22 : ERROR: client Snow Inventory Data Receiver returned unsuccessfully (the server rejected the request).13:16:22 : ERROR: client Data Receiver: Job send failed.
