After upgrading SLM to 8.2.04 we lost the ability to view custom SNOW boards. Where did they go? How do I get them back?
Resolution was provided by SNOW support. Our web.confg setting for 'EnableSnowboard' was set to 'False'. (Specific web.config text was: '<add key="EnableSnowboard" value="False" />'.) Once this was changed to 'True', the SnowBoards reappeared!
It may be worth logging this with the Snow Support team so they can investigate here: ServiceNow
