Am I right, that the Snow Inventory not the Serial number recorded? I can't find it.
as far I know, the Agents does not return the serial number of the physical hard disk. Just the serial number of the logical partition, as jelle.wijndelts2 mentioned.
As far I can see, the agent and the databases are not designed to handle this.
If you need this quick and with snow, an agent scan extension, combined with some Database customisation could do the Job. This would be a job for services.
Otherwise, please open a feature request via support, so that our product management is aware of your needs.

the serial number is captured by the client and can be found in the Snow Inventory console under peripherals, logical disks. select the drive and then the serial number is on the right hand site.
it is possible to create a new view in the inventory console that shows you the computername the logical drives and serial numbers for all computers.
