What do i need to do if the application "CHROME ENTERPRISE" and SKU code "CROS-SW-DIS-12MO-STD" that i am about to enter in SNOW is not available on the DROP DOWN menu of SNOW.,in the Add license TAB?
If the application is not recognised, you will need to send an SRS to Snow Support.

SRS/SKU Template: | Snow Software
The templates are under section "SOFTWARE RECOGNITION SERVICE - SRS"
Contact the Snow Support, they will enter the new SKU in the SRS database and you get this by update.
